Examinations
Syllabuses are structured to ensure there is adequate technical detail which is developed through each subsequent grade examination. Only work that is technically or artistically essential is included in the syllabus work. Teachers who wish to enter their pupils for examinations must be fully paid up members of the PTD. All Sessions are held at teachers own private studios. Teachers should give a minimum of 6 weeks notice of their examination requirements. Three optional dates must be given. The entries should be received at Head Office, one calendar month before the date allocated for the examination. Examination requests must be made on the official application form available from Head Office. Contact H.O. for an Exam pack which gives information on arranging an exam session, fees, examination timings.
